How do I apply for an apprenticeship?

We’re delighted that you’re interested in an apprenticeship at Viseca. Vacancies are advertised in August each year.

Your application checklist:

  1. Cover letter – compulsory
  2. School certificates – compulsory
  3. Multicheck® test results – compulsory
  4. Certificates (e.g. first aid course, babysitter course, theatre course) – optional

How the application process works

In your cover letter, you can tell us about your interests, how you like to spend your time and why your chosen programme appeals to you. Remember to run a spellcheck and ensure that your cover letter has a clear structure.

If we like your cover letter, we’ll invite you to an interview. To prepare for that, read the information about Viseca on our website and write down any questions you’d like to ask us. The interview isn’t an exam like at school. It’s about getting to know each other and seeing whether we’re a good match.

If you’d like to hear about vacancies as soon as they’re advertised, sign up for job alerts.

What do our apprentices say about Viseca?

«I’ve felt at home at Viseca since day one. I received a very friendly welcome from the team – they saw me as one of them from the start. I really appreciate the fact that I got to work independently after only a short period of time. I was overwhelmed by the new challenge to begin with, but I quickly settled in.”»

Mia, 1st year

«I was looking for a friendly and relaxed work atmosphere. That’s exactly what I found at Viseca. Everyone’s happy to pitch in and support each other here. It’s great that we can switch departments each semester. To begin with, the systems and the different languages were all new to me. The excellent guidance and support I received really helped me get to grips with everything.»

Ehsan, 1st year

«At the start of the programme, I had difficulty applying myself at my vocational school. The biggest problem was adapting to having to work but also finding enough time to learn. Viseca gave me a huge amount of support with this. I know that my work is appreciated. We’re involved in lots of projects and always get opportunities to put our skills on show.»

Mina, 3rd year

«The Viseca training programme is very varied and it’s an exciting three years. What’s particularly great is the chance to see different departments. This is helping me decide which direction I want to go in after the programme ends. I really love working with friendly and welcoming people and being supported by them, whether that’s at school or at work.»

Yaren, 3rd year
