It is authorised to pass resolutions on all matters that are not reserved for or delegated to the General Meeting or another body of the company. It consists of seven members and is elected for a term of three years at the Annual General Meeting in accordance with the evergreen principle. Board of Directors in 2025 and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viseca Payment Services SA since 2026. He has been CEO of Luzerner Kantonalbank (LUKB) since 2014. Prior to that, he headed up the Private and Commercial Clients Department for ten years. Before joining Luzerner Kantonalbank, Daniel Salzmann was a member of the Executive Board of Bank Coop and held various management positions in retail banking and corporate banking at the former SBG (now UBS) and Credit Suisse. Daniel Salzmann studied economics at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. He has completed further training courses at the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and the INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau.<\/div>                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                                                                                                <div class=\"mxm-employee-details\" id=\"mxm-employee-844b53b-1667649-desktop-details\">\n                                <div class=\"details-inner\">\n                                    <p>Roland Altwegg has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2022. Since September 2021, he has headed the \u201cProducts &amp; Investment Services\u201d department at Raiffeisen Schweiz. Prior to this, he worked for more than ten years in various management roles at Raiffeisen Schweiz. Before joining Raiffeisen, he was Head Market Risk at Bank Sarasin. Roland Altwegg studied Economics at the University of Basel and is a qualified financial analyst and asset manager as well as a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA).<\/p>                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                                                                                                <div class=\"mxm-employee-details\" id=\"mxm-employee-844b53b-752199a-desktop-details\">\n                                <div class=\"details-inner\">\n                                    <p>Pedro Chapinal has been a mem\u00adber of the Board of Directors since 2023. He has been with EFG Bank AG since 2016, most recently in the role of Chief of Staff of the Group COO. Before joining EFG Bank, he worked at Finter Bank Zurich Ltd from 2013 to 2016, most recently as COO, where his responsibilities includ\u00aded the integration of Finter Bank into Bank Vontobel AG as part of the takeover. He has also held positions at Arab Bank (Switzer\u00adland) Ltd., BT Global Services in Amsterdam and Credit Suisse in Zurich. He has been CEO of Migros Bank AG since May 2020. Before moving to Migros Bank, he held various management po\u00adsitions at Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank from 2009, most recently as a member of the Executive Board, where he was responsible for the Strategy and Market Performance division. Before that, he worked for UBS for ten years in various manage\u00adment roles. In addition to his work for Viseca, he is Chairman of the Pension Foundation and of the Vested Benefits Foundation of Migros Bank AG. He is also Chairman of the Board of the CYP Association and a member of the board at the Koordination f\u00fcr Inlandbanken organisation (KIB). Manuel Kunzelmann holds a degree in business administra\u00adtion from a university of applied sciences, has completed an MAS FHO in Business Information Management and holds an Exec\u00adutive Master of Business Adminis\u00adtration qualification from the University of Zurich.<\/div><\/div>                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                                                                                                <div class=\"mxm-employee-details\" id=\"mxm-employee-844b53b-498d865-desktop-details\">\n                                <div class=\"details-inner\">\n                                    <p>Thomas W. Paulsen has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2026. He has been CFO of Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) since 2009. Prior to this, he was responsible for the development and implementation of risk management in his role as Chief Risk Officer since 2002. Before joining BCV, he worked for seven years as a strategic consultant at McKinsey &amp; Co, and he now also serves as vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of the private bank Piguet Galland &amp; Cie and as a member of the Board of Directors at Pfandbriefzentrale. He studied economics and graduated with a Master of Science from the LSE in London and a PhD from the HEC in Lausanne.<\/p>                                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n                                                                                                <div class=\"mxm-employee-details\" id=\"mxm-employee-844b53b-bbea9ed-desktop-details\">\n                                <div class=\"details-inner\">\n                                    <div><div>Daniel Previdoli has been a mem\u00adber of the Board of Directors since 2015. He has been a mem\u00adber of the Executive Board of Z\u00fcrcher Kantonalbank since 2007 and Head of the Products, Services and Directbanking business unit since 2014. Prior to this, he worked for 11 years at UBS and held various functions at Credit Suisse both in Switzerland and abroad between 1987 and 1996. In addition to his work for Viseca, he is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Swisscanto Fondsleitung AG, a member of the Board of Directors of Swisscanto Holding AG and Twint AG, and Vice Chairman of the Greater Zurich Area Foundation.
