General information
If you suspect irregularities in our organisation, please report it to our internal reporting office via our reporting platform. With your whistleblowing report, you help us in particular to protect our company and employees from damage and to promote compliance, the quality of our services and our working environment in the long run.
Reporting platform
Viseca has made a highly secure and user-friendly reporting platform available for the reporting of suspected irregularities in our organisation. If desired, reports can be submitted anonymously. Irregularities include, for example, unethical behaviour, violations of regulatory and internal provisions or the law and any activities that are dangerous in terms of safety, the environment or health, or serious workplace incidents.

Procedure following a report
Reported violations are carefully and independently checked and investigated in accordance with Viseca’s internal guidelines and directives. Any conflicts of interest are taken into account accordingly.
Confidentiality
All information and clarifications are treated confidentially. Viseca also respects whistleblowers’ desire to remain anonymous. Viseca will not disclose the identity of whistleblowers, even if it becomes known during the investigation. The identity of whistleblowers can and must be disclosed if it can be requested on a binding legal basis or by a binding legal decision, or if it is necessary to prevent a serious threat to the whistleblower, Viseca or third parties.
